Rotary CIP Cleaning Ball is used to continuously coat the inside of a vessel with liquid for clean-in-place (CIP) applications. CIP means clean in place.
These spray balls operate at 15-100 PSI, with 40-60 PSI recommended. This type is mounted on a 1.5" standard tri clover compatible flange and passes through a 2" clamp ferrule. Each CIP ball extends 6.3 inches into the vessel. All Ace CIP cleaning balls are constructed from 304 Stainless Steel; 201 stainless steel is not used. .
